Dear Maleck,

It is nearly midnight and you have long been asleep.  Looking over these photos has brought me so much joy!  How I love being your mommy.  Just yesterday, I am quite certain we brought you home from the hospital and then just like that you are seven.  Emma, Madsen, Seleck and Stockton named you.  They loved you from the very minute they saw you.  Daddy and I call you are "little miracle." 

We love you Maleck!  Happy 7th birthday!

Meeting Grandma Great Weaver- 2 weeks old

Emma has always been you 2nd mommy- she was changing diapers at 4 years old

We sang "Happy Birthday" this morning around French toast and opened presents. Sadly, it was the only time we were together all day.

Daddy took you for a birthday lunch- Pizza Factory

and then there was the party.....

Bouncy house, ping pong, cookie decorating, movie and then the head butts... thank you everybody!

 We had to have a birthday cake even though you ate cake-- you are one funny kid!

 Cookie decorating... lots of frosting and sprinkles- lots of smiles too!

 We finished the evening bowling-- your favorite.  The holiday cheer was everywhere and we simply had the best time with you!  Thanks Maleck for bringing our home such joy.  We are most grateful you created the "Fab Five!"
