Monday Memory- February according to the iphone

I love February it always reminds me how lucky I am! Six years ago on February 26th we almost lost Rigby to a massive stroke.  Maleck was 12 weeks old.  In the years that have followed, I have watched with awe as he has battled to become "Travis" again.  The stroke effected his speech and left two black spots on his brain which effected his personality, communication abilities and outlook on life.

Prayer for him was a most difficult task as he simply did not feel God there.  But he pressed forward, never gave up, continued to pray, and serve in the church.  How lucky we are to have him in our lives.  He is coach, daddy, friend, playmate, adventurer, teacher, example-- The list could go on...

So Yes, I am still head over heels in love with Rigby- he makes me happy.  He is a man of integrity. . He is my best friend!
